According to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed form intended for collection of administrative data on the Card of support of entrepreneurship of regions.

2. To provide to development department of industries of economy in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2) and 3) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This explanation on filling of the form intended for collection of administrative data on the Card of support of entrepreneurship of regions (further - the Form) disaggregates procedure for its filling.

2. The main objective of the Card of support of entrepreneurship of regions is monitoring (realization) of industrial and innovative system at the level of the region and represents set of the industrial and innovative projects realized by subjects of industrial and innovative activities in priority sectors of processing industry within state programs in the field of industrial and innovative activities to which measures of the state support are provided.

3. The filled Form according to Item 7 of the Actions plan on implementation of the State program of industrial and innovative development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015 - 2019 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 2014 No. 1159, is provided in the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan by local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value and the capital to the 10th following reporting half-year.
