1. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
2. Provide to the Ministry of Justice transfer for consideration of subjects of state registration which provide storage of registration cases in paper form of documents which are filed before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of October 3, 2019 No. 159-VIII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning protection of the property right" for carrying out registration actions and are under consideration of accredited subjects of state registration.
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 2, 2019, but not earlier than day of its publication.
