About approval of Changes in Rules of forming and maintaining databases about investors

According to Item and Item 3 parts three of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED 10 parts one:

1. Approve Changes in the Rules of forming and maintaining databases about investors approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 9, 2012 No. 3, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 23, 2012 for No. 1430/21742 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on September 25, 2014 No. 99) which are applied.

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. To provide to department of public relations and financial education placement of this decision on the official site of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective since November 1, 2019, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the deputy managing director to Rudukh N. E.

Changes in Rules of forming and maintaining databases about investors

1. In paragraph four of Item 3 of the Section I of the word", necessary for implementation by Fund of payments of the guaranteed amounts of compensations" to exclude.

2. In the Section II:

1) in Item 2:

"9. The amount which is specified in column 13 of the file "Z" is calculated taking into account requirements of Item 10 of this Section and shall not exceed the limiting amount of the amount of compensation of means on deposits.";

6) in Item 10:

"If the account for accounting of means on demand has negative or zero balance (file "D"), these amounts join in calculation of the guaranteed amount (column 13 of the file "Z") with 0,00 value.

"If under the same agreement information to the file "D" is entered by two records with two different account IDs with the subsequent reflection in the file "M" and the total amount specified in columns 17, 19 on one record is smaller, than 10 hryvnias, in calculation of the guaranteed amount (column 13 of the file "Z") record join with the amount of "0,00".";

  To replace paragraph two of Item 15 with two new paragraphs of such content:

"In bank process of backup of information on investors according to appendix A shall be organized. 12.3 to the National standard of Ukraine concerning information security of ISO/IEC 27001:2015 "Information technologies. Protection methods. Management systems information security. Requirements", to No. 193 approved by the order of the state company "Ukrainian Research and Training Center of Problems of Standardization, Certification and Quality" of December 18, 2015 (further - GSTU ISO/IEC 27001:2015). Information on bank depositors quarterly on reporting dates is consolidated, unloaded on external electronic media and archived for storage.

Accounting of mobile carriers shall be organized according to appendix A. 8.2, A.8.3 GSTU ISO/IEC 27001:2015.".
