The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 7, 2018 No. 808 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2019 - 2021" the following changes and amendment:

"1. Accept to execution the republican budget for 2019 - 2021, including for 2019 in the following amounts:

1) the income - 10 547 475 255 thousand tenges, including on:

to tax revenues - 6 871 663 083 thousand tenges;

to non-tax receipts - 202 769 538 thousand tenges;

to sales proceeds of fixed capital - 6 884 960 thousand tenges;

to receipts of transfers - 3 466 157 674 thousand tenges;

2) costs - 11 477 290 810 thousand tenges;

3) net budget crediting - 265 647 847 thousand tenges, including:

budget credits - 381 675 587 thousand tenges;

repayment of budget credits - 116 027 740 thousand tenges;

4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 169 172 084 thousand tenges, including:

acquisition of financial assets - 169 172 084 thousand tenges;

5) budget deficit--1 364 635 486 thousand tenges, or percent 2,1 to country gross domestic product;

6) not oil budget deficit--5 495 623 486 thousand tenges, or percent 8,5 to country gross domestic product;
