1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of February 2, 2009 No. 13 "About approval of Rules of management of the house, construction, housing complex or complex of houses and constructions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 27, 2009 for No. 377/16393.
2. (Chepelyuk A. V.) to provide to department of life support systems and housing policies (Tokarenko V. V.) together with Legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Kruglyak of E.B.
