1. Approve Rules of management of the house, construction, by housing complex or complex of houses and constructions (are applied).

2. (V. M. Kiryushin) and to Legal department (I. I. Krylov) to submit to management of development of the housing sphere this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time determined by the legislation.

3. To management of development of the housing sphere (V. M. Kiryushin) to bring this order to permission of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister O. B. Lototsky.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
