1. Determine that to the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus at the expense of means republican and regional budgets (Minsk) compensation of part of expenses on participation in the international specialized exhibitions (fairs) and evaluating compliance of products in foreign states on conditions and according to the procedure is performed, established by this Decree.

2. Approve:

The regulations on compensation of part of expenses on participation in the international specialized exhibitions (fairs) in foreign states (are applied);

The regulations on compensation of part of expenses on evaluating compliance of products in foreign states (are applied).

3. No. 106 "About state programs and rendering the state financial support" to add Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2016 with subitem 2.7 of the following content:

"2.7. on the relations on compensation of part of expenses on participation in the international specialized exhibitions (fairs) and evaluating compliance of products in foreign states.".

4. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom when designing republican and local budgets for the next financial year to provide funds for financing of measures of support according to this Decree.

5. To the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom till December 1, 2019 to create lists of the international specialized exhibitions (fairs) in foreign states, expenses on participation in which can be refunded in 2020, based on proposals of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
