About entering of amendments into the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008 No. 369

According to part 4 of article 169 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, Item 7 of Article 345 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Add the Inventory, imported into the Republic of Tajikistan for construction of Rogunsky hydroelectric power station, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2008, with No. 369 "About especially important objects", Items 16253-17896 according to appendix.

2. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to Customs Service timely carrying out customs procedures of the goods arriving for construction of Rogunsky hydroelectric power station.
