2. Enact "The temporary instruction of determination of normative cost of agricultural holdings of agricultural producers in the Republic of Uzbekistan" after ten days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. From the date of entry into force of this order to declare invalid "Temporary technique of determination of quality economic and cost standard of lands of agricultural purpose in the Republic of Uzbekistan", registered by the Ministry of Justice on August 6, 1998 for N 469.

8. Assessment of agricultural holdings is carried out periodically at an interval of 3-5 years or in the terms established by the current legislation. 9. In this Instruction the following main terms and determinations are applied:

normative assessment of agricultural holdings - set of the administrative and technical actions directed to determination of normative cost of agricultural holdings in borders of administrative-territorial educations as of certain date;

quality of agricultural holdings - integral values of characteristics of agricultural holdings on fertility of soils, high-quality condition of natural fodder grounds (pastures, haymakings);

integral indicator of fertility of the soil - the relative size of cumulative influence of signs and properties of the soil on productivity (productivity) of the agricultural holdings with this soil cover measured in site class points (from 0 to 100);

II. Value assessment of agricultural holdings

10. Agricultural holdings are estimated on their quality and location as production resource irrespective of the actual use under ploughland or fodder grounds.

11. When evaluating normative cost of agricultural holdings the following indicators per 1 hectare of agricultural holdings are determined: settlement (estimative) productivity (gross output in sumach and in centners of fodder units); settlement net income; normative cost.
