1. Declare invalid the order of the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on land resources, geodesy, cartography and the state inventory of February 16, 2006 No. 19 "About approval of "The temporary instruction of determination of normative cost of agricultural holdings of agricultural producers in the Republic of Uzbekistan" (рег. No. 1563 of April 19, 2006) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2006, No. 16, the Art. 137).

2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition and the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
