1. Approve the enclosed Rules of control of quality of accomplishment of the state defense order in the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 25, 2012 No. 968 "About approval of Rules of control of quality of accomplishment of the state defense order at the companies irrespective of patterns of ownership";

2) Item of 64 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 23, 2013 No. 735 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 42, the Art. 623).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
