Some questions of the National commission on standards of state language
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Form the National commission on standards of state language as the central executive body with the special status which activities direct and coordinates the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Education and Science.
2. Approve Regulations on the National commission on standards of state language which are applied.
3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
4. To the Ministry of Education and Science together with Fund of state-owned property to introduce in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers concerning placement of the National commission on standards of state language.

1. The national commission on standards of state language (further - the Commission) is the central executive body with the special status which activities direct and coordinates the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Education and Science (further - the Minister).

The commission in the activities is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring functioning of Ukrainian as state", other laws, presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine accepted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation.
