1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 1992 No. 156 "About creation of the national historical and cultural park "Taras Shevchenko's Homeland" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 4, Art. 99; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 79, of the Art. 2916) of the word "Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories".

In the paragraph the second Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 1994 No. 546 "About the national historical and architectural park in to Zhovkva of the Lviv region" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 11, Art. 279; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 79, of the Art. 2916) of the word "Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories".

In Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 19, 1994 No. 642 "About the historical and cultural reserve in the city of Vyshgorode of Kiev region" - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 No. 1048 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 79, of the Art. 2916), words "Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories".

In the text of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 20, 2009 No. 476 "About introduction of assessment of interregional and intraregional differentiation of social and economic development of regions" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 37, of the Art. 1248) of the word "Ministry of Economics" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The ministry of development of communities and territories" in the corresponding case.
