About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 5, 2014 No. 637 "About implementation of social payments to internally displaced persons" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 95, Art. 2736; 2015, No. 70, Art. 2312; 2018, No. 57, Art. 1992):

1) in Item 1:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"appointment and continuation of payment of lifelong state grants, all types of the public assistance and compensations, material security, provision of social services, subsidies and privileges at the expense of means of the government budget and funds of obligatory national social insurance to internally displaced persons are performed in the place of stay of such persons on accounting which is confirmed by the reference issued according to the Procedure for registration and issue of the certificate of capture on accounting of the internally displaced person approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 509 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 81, Art. 2296; 2015, No. 70, Art. 2312). Appointment, renewal and continuation of pension payment (monthly perpetual monetary pay) (further - pensions) to internally displaced persons, including persons who refused according to Item of 1 part one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons" the certificate of capture on accounting of the internally displaced person and registered the residence and constantly live in the territory where public authorities perform the powers (further - internally displaced persons), are performed by territorial authorities of the Pension fund of Ukraine based on the data containing in the Single information database about internally displaced persons. Payment (payment prolongation) of lifelong state grants, all types of the public assistance and compensations, material security (further - social payments) and the pensions granted to specified persons is performed through accounts and network of organizations and devices of "Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" joint-stock company with possibility of receipt of cash and carrying out non-cash transactions through network of organizations and devices of any banks only in the territory of settlements where public authorities perform the powers in full. Pension payment and social payments to persons with disability of the I group and to other persons who according to the conclusion of the medical and advisory commission are not capable to self-service and need permanent assistance, according to their written application can be performed by Ukrpochta joint-stock company with delivery in the actual place of accommodation/stay of such persons;";

add Item after the paragraph of third with the new paragraph of such content:

"During the address of the internally displaced person with the statement concerning appointment, renewal or continuation of pension payment and the identity document, territorial authorities of the Pension fund of Ukraine identify the identity of the applicant, fix the place and time of its address, compare the obtained data with data which are processed in databases of the Pension fund of Ukraine, taking into account data of the Single information database about internally displaced persons according to the procedure which affirms the Pension fund of Ukraine in coordination with Minsotspolitiki.".

1) in Item 1 of the word "pensions (monthly perpetual monetary pay)," to exclude;

2) in item 4 of the word "territorial authorities of the Pension fund of Ukraine," to exclude;

3. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2018 No. 649 "Questions of debt repayment on retirement benefits on the judgments" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 68, the Art. 2307):

Item 2 of the resolution after words "chargings (recalculation) pension" to add 1) with the words "and others related";

In paragraph four of Item 2 of the Procedure for the debt repayment on retirement benefits on the judgments approved by the specified resolution the words "pension which is financed by means of the government budget is added and remains unpaid" shall be replaced with words 2) "the pension or monthly perpetual monetary pay to judges in resignation (allowances, increases, compensations of loss of part of the income, the monetary assistance) financed by means of the government budget is added and remain unpaid".
