About modification of Item 8 of the Regulations on the group of experts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

1. Paragraph one of Item 8 of the Section I of the Regulations on the group of experts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of March 21, 2017 No. 302, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 12, 2017 for No. 488/30356 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine from February 22, 2019 No. 447), to replace with four paragraphs of such content:
"8. Members of groups of experts of the Ministry of Health and members of groups of experts of structural divisions of RSA are appointed:
the corresponding professional direction specialists having the higher medical education on the corresponding specialty, specialization and length of service on the main specialty at least 7 years or academic degree not below the candidate of science;
the persons with the higher not medical education which are working in health care system, having the certificate of the specialist in the corresponding specialty with length of service in the field of health care at least 7 years;
persons specified in paragraphs second, third this Item who own one of languages of the European Union (in the presence of the relevant supporting document) and participated in the international scientific and practical conferences.".
