According to Articles 10 - 12 Laws of Ukraine "About the state secret", to the Procedure for the organization and providing the mode of privacy in state bodies, local government bodies, at the companies, in organizations and the organizations, to No. approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 18, 2013 939, based on decisions of the state experts in secrets on cancellation of earlier made decisions on reference of information to the state secret registered in the Security Service of Ukraine on June 21, 2019 for No. 2015, on June 27, 2019 for No. 2017, and decisions of the state experts in secrets on reference of information to the state secret No. registered in the Security Service of Ukraine on June 05, 2019 for No. 1978, of 1979, on June 18, 2019 for No. No. 1980, of 1981, of 1982, of 1983, of 1984, of 1985, of 1986, of 1987, of 1988, of 1989, of 1990, of 1991, of 1992, of 1993, of 1994, of 1995, of 1996, of 1997, of 1998, of 1999, of 2000, of 2001, of 2002, of 2003, of 2004, of 2005, of 2006, of 2007, of 2008, of 2009, of 2010, of 2011, of 2012, of 2013, of 2014, on June 21, 2019 for No. 2016, on June 27, 2019 for No. 2018, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Code of the data which are the state secret, No. approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 440, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2005 for No. 902/11182, which are applied.
2. To provide to heads of department of legal support and Department of protection of the state secret and licensing of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
