About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

According to the subitem 45 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of enhancement of the document forms applied in budget process at the local level I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Rules of creation of passports of budget programs of local budgets and reports on their accomplishment approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of August 26, 2014 No. 836, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2014 for No. 1104/25881 (with changes), such changes:

1) in paragraph nine of Item 1.10 of the Section I of the word of "task of the budget program" shall be replaced with words "the directions of use of budgetary funds";

 Paragraph one of Item 2.1 of the Section II to state 2) in the following edition:

"2.1. In Items 1 - 4 forms of the passport of the budget program of the local budget (further - passport form) are determined respectively codes of Program classification of expenses and crediting of the local budget and the name of the main manager and executive in charge, their codes by RCBO, codes of Standard program classification of expenses and crediting of the local budget and Functional classification of expenses and crediting of the budget to which there corresponds the budget program, the name of the budget program according to Standard program classification of expenses and crediting of the local budget, the budget code, budget settings established by the decision on the local budget or the budgetary appropriations established by list of the local budget in the cases provided by paragraphs the fourth - the sixth Item 1.3 of the Section I of these rules.";
