About modification of some orders of the Government and recognition voided the orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 268/2009 about approval of the Technical concept of the Automated information system "Register of the State Material Reserves" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 75-77, 322), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

And in appendix No. 2 of the word of "public procurements and the humanitarian assistance" to exclude 1) in Item 3 of the resolution;

2) in appendix No. 1:

In the Order of the Government No. 778/2009 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, structure and extreme number of its central office (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 173, of the Art. 856), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 2 of the resolution:

a) in paragraph one of figure "18089" to replace with figures "18182", and figures "668" - figures "678";

b) in the paragraph the second to replace figures "17994" with figures "18087", and figures "668" - figures "678";
