About approval of the Concept of the Automated information system "Register of the State and Mobilization Reserves"

Based on Item of 1 part (1) Articles 5, parts (1) Article 19 and article 20 of the Law No. 104/2020 on the state and mobilization reserves (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 178-179, 332), and for the purpose of creation of the Automated information system "Register of the State and Mobilization Reserves" Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Concept of the Automated information system "Register of the State and Mobilization Reserves" according to appendix No. 1;

The action plan on development and deployment of the Automated information system "Register of the State and Mobilization Reserves" according to appendix No. 2.

2. To provide to the ministries and the involved central administrative authorities within competences implementation of provisions of the specified concept and the Action plan.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Agency of material reserves.
