Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 No. 2403-XII "About fire safety" the following changes:

"Article 2. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of ensuring fire safety
The relations in the field of ensuring fire safety are governed by this Law, acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, other acts of the legislation (further - the legislation on fire safety), the international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, technical regulations of the Customs union, Eurasian Economic Union and other international legal acts containing obligations of the Republic of Belarus (further if other is not established, - the international acts).
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.
Article 3. Public administration in the field of ensuring fire safety
Public administration in the field of ensuring fire safety is exercised of the President of the Republic of Belarus, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, local councils of deputies, executive and administrative organs.
Article 4. The state supervision in the field of ensuring fire safety
The state supervision in the field of ensuring fire safety includes:
1) state fire supervision;
2) supervision of compliance with law when implementing activities for ensuring fire safety;
3) the state supervision of observance of requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union, Eurasian Economic Union in the field of fire safety.
The state supervision in the field of ensuring fire safety is exercised by bodies of the state fire supervision.
