Some questions of property administration which is in state-owned property and is used for ensuring transportation of natural gas by trunk gas pipelines

According to Item 5 of article 116 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About management of objects of state-owned property", "About pipeline transport" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides parts seven of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for transfer on the right of economic maintaining objects of the right of state-owned property which are used in the course of implementation of activities for transportation of natural gas by bulk distribution lines;

Terms of the contract about transfer on the right of economic maintaining state-owned property which is in state-owned property and is used in the course of implementation of activities for transportation of natural gas by bulk distribution lines.

2. Bring in the actions plan on fulfillment of requirements about isolation and independence of the operator of gas-transport system approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 18, 2019 No. 840 "About department of activities for transportation of natural gas and ensuring activities of the operator of gas-transport system" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 76, the Art. 2639, No. 84, the Art. 2857), changes which are applied.
