About approval of Changes in the Technique of merchandising examination and assessment of wheel vehicles
According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination", "About assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity in Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for evaluating wheel vehicles we ORDER to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine:
1. Approve Changes in the Technique of merchandising examination and assessment of wheel vehicles approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of November 24, 2003 No. 142/5/2092, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 24, 2003 for No. 1074/8395 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of July 24, 2009 No. 1335/5/1159) which are applied.
2. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of August 29, 2019 No. 2726/5/856 "About approval of Changes in the Technique of merchandising examination and assessment of wheel vehicles".
3. To department concerning justice and safety (Oleynik A. N.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
