About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of adoption (adoption) of children

For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of adoption (adoption) of children without parental support, according to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about children, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for forming and use of national bank of data on children without parental support" of March 2, 2010 No. 125 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for forming and use of national bank of data on children without parental support approved by the above-stated resolution:

- state Item 4.3 in the following edition:

"4.3. The territorial subdivision within a month from the date of receipt of the data specified in Item 4.1 of this provision takes measures for providing the device of the child in seven relatives (biological family). In case of impossibility of the device of the child in seven relatives (biological family) the territorial subdivision enters the information about the child into National bank of data on children.

The territorial subdivision within three months provides the child's device in seven candidates who are citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.

If it was not succeeded to arrange the child in seven candidates who are citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic after the specified term the territorial subdivision sends the questionnaire of this child to authorized body.
