About determination of criteria of reference of the companies (organizations) to it which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the companies (organization) which answer one or several such criteria are strategically important for economy and safety of the state:

1) the company (organization) - subjects of natural monopolies perform activities in the nation-wide market of goods;

2) the company (organization) hold the monopoly (dominating) position in the nation-wide market of goods provided that these goods have important social and economic value;

3) activities of the company (organization) are connected with ensuring defense and safety of the state (in particular the companies of defense industry complex);

4) the company (organization) of fuel and energy complex enter the integrated power system;

5) the company (organization) provide functioning of infrastructure of nation-wide value, in particular telecommunication and mail, rail, air and sea transport, main gazo-and oil pipelines;

6) the company (organization) perform production and conversion of minerals of nation-wide value;

7) the company (organization) constitute the scientific and technical capacity of the country;

8) the companies (organization) have considerable specific weight (more 0,5 of percent) in volume of the cost of commodity export, works, services as origin from Ukraine;

9) number working at the company exceeds 5000 persons;

10) the company (organization) are enlisted to category of big taxpayers on condition of achievement within year of such quantitative indices:

comprehensive gross income - 100 million hryvnias and more;

total amount of the added payments of the budget - 5 million hryvnias and more;

total amount of the paid payments of the budget - 5 million hryvnias and more;

the total amount of the value added tax declared to compensation from the budget - 50 million hryvnias and more.
