About modification of the Procedure for consideration of addresses and personal reception of citizens in Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine

According to the Laws of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens", "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning application of the term "person with disability" and derivative of it" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation I ORDER:

1. In paragraph one of item 4 of the Section II and the paragraph the fifth Item 1 of the Section V of the Procedure for consideration of addresses and personal reception of citizens in Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of June 30, 2016 No. 410, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 26, 2016 for word No. 1036/29166, of "disabled people of the Great Patriotic War" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability owing to war".

2. To provide to the director of the department of organizational and information and analytical support of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
