1. Approve the Procedure for consideration of addresses and personal reception of citizens in Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine of August 19, 2008 No. 135 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for consideration of addresses and the organization of carrying out personal reception of citizens in Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", No. 840/15531 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2008 (with changes).
