About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1342 and of March 2, 2010 No. 258

Bring such changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
in the text of Rules of the parking of the vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2009 No. 1342 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 96, Art. 3314; 2011, No. 4, the Art. 211), words of "the Law of Ukraine "On bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine";
in item 4 and the paragraph third Item 32 of the Procedure for the forming of rates for services in use of platforms for the paid parking of vehicles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2010 No. 258 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 17, Art. 784; 2013, No. 63, the Art. 2303), words of "the Law of Ukraine "On bases of social security of disabled people in Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the Law of Ukraine "On bases of social security of persons with disability in Ukraine".
