1. Approve the Procedure for forming of rates for services in use of platforms for paid parking of vehicles which is applied.

2. Item 2 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.07.2013 No. 559

Procedure for forming of rates for services in use of platforms for paid parking vehicles

General part

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of forming of rates for services in use of platforms for paid parking of vehicles (further - services).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following value:

investment component - the means provided in rate for service in use of platforms for the paid parking of vehicles (further - the platform), aimed at the development existing and the organization of new platforms and means of productive activity necessary for content of such platforms, implementation of the economic activity connected with it (including actions for increase in safety and respect for environmental standards), and also on implementation of actions, connected with construction, production, reconstruction, upgrade, acquisition of fixed assets, other non-current tangible assets;
