About chairmen of the Ukrainian part of the joint intergovernmental commissions on cooperation questions
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve chairmen of the Ukrainian part of the joint intergovernmental commissions on cooperation questions according to appendices 1 - 20.
2. Determine that:
the chairman of the Ukrainian part of the Joint intergovernmental commission on questions of cooperation can have no more than two deputies, one of whom is the head of diplomatic organization of Ukraine (including in combination), in the state which is the party of the relevant Joint intergovernmental commission on cooperation questions;
in case of absence of the chairman of the Ukrainian part of the Joint intergovernmental commission on questions of cooperation of its obligation the deputy minister according to distribution of powers or the vice-chairman performs in case the chairman is the Vice-Prime Minister concerning the European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine or the Vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine - the Minister of digital transformation what the secretariat of the Ukrainian part of the relevant Joint intergovernmental commission on cooperation questions is informed on;
in case of liquidation (in connection with changes in structure of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, reorganization or liquidation of the central executive body) positions of the cabinet minister of Ukraine, the head or the deputy manager of the central executive body who is approved as the chairman of the Ukrainian part of the Joint intergovernmental commission on questions of cooperation, obligation of the chairman of the Ukrainian part of such Commission are assigned to the cabinet minister of Ukraine, the head or the deputy manager of the central executive body to which powers ensuring realization of state policy in the respective sphere belongs.
