About the organization and functioning of the General inspectorate of police

No. 160-164, 537) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the General inspectorate of police, according to appendix No. 1;

2) structure of the General inspectorate of police, according to appendix No. 2;

3) the list of the territorial subdivisions of police subordinated to the General inspectorate of police according to appendix No. 3;

4) to organigramm of the General inspectorate of police, according to appendix No. 4.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the General inspectorate of police, its specialized and territorial subdivisions in number of 9126 units, including the central governing body of 220 units, from them 214 units of government employees with special status and 6 units of government employees.

3. The list of the General inspectorate of police, their extreme number of staff and the extreme number of staff of territorial subdivisions are established by the Minister of Internal Affairs within the approved budget and the extreme number of staff provided in Item 2.
