Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on ensuring aviation safety of civil aviation are developed based on requirements of Chapter 5 of the National program of safety of civil aviation of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2020 approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2015, No. 188.

2. The interdepartmental commission on aviation safety of civil aviation (further - the Commission) is created for the purpose of ensuring coordinated actions of the central public authorities and other organizations for enhancement of state regulation and system of ensuring aviation safety of civil aviation.

3. The commission is coordinating, collegiate organ and acts on the permanent basis.
