1. Determine that:
creation, functioning and completion of the state information and analytical management system public procurements are provided with its owner and the operator;
till April 1, 2020 completion of the state information and analytical management system by public procurements by its owner and operator regarding ensuring interaction with the Automated system of financial calculations of the Ministry of Finance, electronic trading platforms, trade systems of commodity exchanges within realization in the specified Automated system of the mechanism of preliminary reservation of budgetary funds is performed when implementing public procurements.
2. Approve Regulations on procedure for functioning of the state information and analytical management system by public procurements it (is applied).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
