1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for consumer protection" of December 23, 2015 No. 869 the following changes:

- state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve the List of separate types of activity when which implementing individual entrepreneurs and legal entities shall provide installation and application in places of implementation of the activities of the equipment (the program and technical device) intended for acceptance of payments with use of bank payment cards or electronic money according to appendix to this resolution.";

- add with Items 1-1 and 1-2 of the following content:

"1-1. The individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities performing activities according to the List shall provide installation and use of the equipment (the program and technical device) intended for acceptance of payments with use of bank payment cards or electronic money, except for:

- the telecommunications public which are in places of absence of network;

- the individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities performing activities in the field of wholesale and retail trade by self-produced agricultural products;

- the activities performed through non-stationary shopping facilities.

1-2. To the state agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to exercise the state control of compliance with laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic governing the relations in the field of consumer protection.";
