1. Approve the List of separate types of activity when which implementing individual entrepreneurs and legal entities shall provide installation and application in places of implementation of the activities of the equipment (the program and technical device) intended for acceptance of payments with use of bank payment cards, electronic money, two-dimensional symbols of barcode (further - QR code), according to appendix to this resolution.

1-1. The individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities performing activities according to the List shall provide installation and use of the equipment (the program and technical device) intended for acceptance of payments with use of bank payment cards, electronic money and QR code of the national standard, except for:

- the telecommunications public which are in places of absence of network;

- the individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities performing activities in the field of wholesale and retail trade by self-produced agricultural products;

- the activities performed through non-stationary shopping facilities.
