About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning provision of the state services

For the purpose of streamlining of questions of forming of the unified register of the state services provided to physical persons and legal entities by public institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also standardization and regulation of the state services according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for optimization of system of provision of the state services to physical persons and legal entities" of March 31, 2011 No. 129 the following changes:

- in preamble of the word of "budget institutions" shall be replaced with words "public institutions";

- in Item 1 of the word of "budget institutions" shall be replaced with words "public institutions";

- in Item 2 of the word "state bodies and budgetary institutions" shall be replaced with words "public institutions";

- declare Item 3 invalid;

- in Item 6 of the word "on department of public service and administrative reforms" shall be replaced with words "on the relevant structural divisions";

- To state the regulations on procedure for forming of the unified register of the state services provided to physical persons and legal entities by state bodies and budgetary institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for development and optimization of administrative regulations of the state and municipal services" of January 16, 2018 No. 26 the following changes:
