1. Approve the enclosed Rules of carrying out certification of civil servants of the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 15, 2013 No. 159 "About approval of Rules of carrying out employee assessment of the Public Records Offices" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of August 5, 2013 8606, No. 254 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of August 17, 2013 (27528).

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican center of legal information for entering into reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the Internet portal of state bodies;
