About approval of Changes in Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for conducting cash transactions by subjects of managing in national currency in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 40 and 56 Laws of Ukraine

1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2017 No. 148 (with changes) (further - Changes in the Provision) which are applied.

2. To department of currency circulation (Victor Zayvenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine, and to banks - to data of their clients information on adoption of this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Holod.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except the subitem 3 of Item 2 of Changes in the Provision which becomes effective in one month from the date of its official publication.
