About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2013 No. 1145

Based on part two of Item 1 and part two of Item 2 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2013 No. 1145 "About approval of notarial rates for making of notarial actions and rendering services of legal and technical nature by notaries and rates for the services of technical nature rendered by employees of notarial archives" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

paragraphs two and third to add with the word "(are applied)";

1.2. in Item 3:

in part one:

to add the paragraph of the sixth of subitem 3.6 with words ", merge of the isolated placements, parking places to one isolated room, the parking place";

in subitem 3.7:

third to add the paragraph with words ", debts of physical persons on payment of cost of the regimentals (uniform) issued to them in the cases established by acts of the legislation in the amount estimated in proportion to time which remained before the termination of term socks of regimentals (uniform)";

to state paragraphs of the sixth and seventh in the following edition:

"tax authorities - for making of executive texts about collection from physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, taxes, charges (duties), the rent for the parcels of land which are in state-owned property and penalty fee, and also for issue of duplicates of such executive texts;
