About payment of notarial actions and services of legal and technical nature

Based on Item part two 1, No. 305-Z "About notariate and notarial activities" and in pursuance of paragraph two of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 9, 2025 No. 110-Z "About change of the laws concerning notarial activities" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 2 and the paragraph of third of part one of Item 3 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004
1. Approve Regulations on payment procedure of notarial actions and services of legal and technical nature it (is applied).
2. Establish:
notarial rates for making of notarial actions and rendering services of legal and technical nature by notaries according to appendix 1;
rates for the services of technical nature rendered by employees of notarial archives according to appendix 2.
3. Make changes to resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 3.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 4.
5. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
item 4 of appendix 4 - since March 1, 2026;
paragraphs the eighth or fourteenth appendix Item 6 3, Item 7 of the Regulations on payment procedure of notarial actions and services of the legal and technical nature approved by this resolution - since January 1, 2027;
other provisions of this resolution - after its official publication.
