About approval of Changes in some resolutions of NKREKP

1. Approve Changes in the Code of gas-transport system approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2493, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2015 for No. 1378/27823, which are applied.
2. In the Section II of the Rules of supply of gas approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2496, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2015 for No. 1382/27827:
The paragraph third Item 21 to state 1) in the following edition:
"on simultaneous receipt of natural gas from several suppliers in one point of commercial accounting to which the separate EIC code, in one settlement period according to the procedure, the stipulated in Item 22 presents of the Section, on condition of the conclusion of the contract of delivery of natural gas with such suppliers and after the conclusion of the agreement with them on allocation according to requirements of the Code of gas-transport system is appropriated;";
