Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 20, 2013 No. 721 "About approval of Rules of provision of budget credits on replenishment of remaining balance of means on accounts of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation (local budgets)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 34, the Art. 4450).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020, except for the paragraph of the eighth subitem "v" of Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution regarding regulations on provision of budget credit to the municipality which is the city district, the city district with intracity division with the high or average level of debt stability determined according to Article 107.1 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation which become effective since January 1, 2021.
