a) Items 1 - 3 to state in the following edition:

The construction and reconstruction of buildings, rooms and constructions, installation of modular (mobile) complexes in check points through frontier of the Russian Federation (further - check points) are performed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about town-planning activities.
