About liquidation of state non-budgetary fund

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for the order the income from productive activity in the organizations of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs I decide:

1. Liquidate state non-budgetary fund of Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (further - fund).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the republican unitary enterprises, correctional facilities, medical and labor dispensaries subordinated to Department of execution of punishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs stop to estimate contributions to fund from IV quarter 2019;

2.2. the remaining balance of budget funds of fund formed for January 1, 2020 goes to the republican budget.

3. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.

5. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

subitem 2.1 of Item 2 - after signing of this Decree also extends the action to the relations which arose since October 1, 2019;

other provisions of this Decree - since January 1, 2020.
