About modification of the Regulations on the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 676 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 97, Art. 2801; 2015, No. 6, the Art. 126), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

To exclude 1) in subitem 10 of the word "and standards";

Subitem 11 to exclude 2);

To exclude 3) in subitem 12 of the word "and state register of producers of liquid species of fuel and biogases".

2. In the subitem 2 of Item 5 of the word "creates personnel reserve to the corresponding positions" to exclude.
