DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee);

2) structure of Committee;

3) the list of the organizations which are under authority of Committee.

2. Permit the chairman of Committee to have five deputies.

Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2004 No. 695 "About renaming of the state uchrezhdeniyterritorialny bodies of Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, modification and amendments and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 25, the Art. 328) the following changes:

in Changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 13:
