Bring in the Federal Law of July 13, 2015 No. 225-FZ "About assistance to development and increase in management efficiency in the housing sphere and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 29, Art. 4351; 2016, No. 1, Art. 25; No. 26, Art. 3890; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4767; 2018, No. 1, Art. 90; 2019, No. 26, Art. 3317; No. 31, Art. 4430) following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) regarding 1.1 words of "the development which is single institute in the housing sphere of the Agency of mortgage housing lending" shall be replaced with words "single institute of development in the housing sphere";

b) in part 3:

to add Item 1 after the word "assistance" with words "to development of the territories public, favorable living environment of the person and society, the territories of city settlements, residential locations and city districts, the federal cities for satisfaction of social needs of the citizens including living in the corresponding territory (further - the urban environment), assistance";

declare Item 3 invalid;
