About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Determine that till December 31, 2019 partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production to receivers of budgetary funds, certain Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of the national production approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 No. 130 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, the Art. 671, No. 92, Art. 2784; 2019, No. 19, the Art. 646), the state support to receivers in the directions determined by paragraphs the second, the third, fifth and ninth Item 5 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for provision of financial support of the development of farms approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2018 No. 106 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 22, the Art. 728, No. 89, the Art. 2954), and the state support to subjects of managing in the directions determined by subitems 1 and 2 of item 4 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of livestock production, storage and conversion of agricultural products, aquaculture (fish breeding) approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 7, 2018 No. 107 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 22, Art. 729; 2019, No. 18, the Art. 618), is performed through the resident banks which signed the Memorandum of general cooperative principles with the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food.
