About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that the competitive selections of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy and members of their supervisory boards, especially important for economy, begun before entry into force of this resolution are subject to the termination.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2012, No. 56, Art. 2238, No. 89, Art. 3606; 2016, No. 65, Art. 2192; 2018, No. 37, Art. 1290):

Item 4 paragraph two §32 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Drafts of acts concerning education and the organization of work of committee on appointments of heads especially important for business economics, the announcement of selection are submitted for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers by the Minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry. Drafts of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of appointment or approval of candidates for applicants for positions of heads and members of the supervisory boards of such companies are submitted for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers by the Minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry based on the decision of committee on appointments.";

Item 5 in paragraph one §33, Item 1 §44 and the subitem 4 of Item 1 §50 the words "and commissions on selection of heads especially important for business economics" to exclude 2).

2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 "About carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15, Art. 383, No. 59, Art. 1945, No. 62, Art. 2034, No. 69, Art. 2277; 2016, No. 5, Art. 274, No. 94, Art. 3080; 2017, No. 57, Art. 1697, No. 60, Art. 1828; 2019, No. 4, Art. 110, No. 74, Art. 2586):

1) in the resolution:

the paragraph one of Item 1-2 after words of "state-owned property" to add with words ", the national economic association, the state-owned holding company, other state economic organization";

add the resolution with Item 1-4 of the following content:

"1-4. Determine that competitive selection of the head of the subject of managing of public sector of economy which has strategic importance for economy and safety of the state at which at least in one year from three last years the asset cost according to the last financial reporting exceeded 2 billion hryvnias or the annual size of net income exceeded 1, 5 billion hryvnias, according to the offer of the ministry, Fonda of state-owned property, other body, exercises control of objects of state-owned property, is performed according to Items 21 - 40 Procedures for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of the public sector of economy approved by this resolution - in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 15, 2019 No. 927";

in item 4 of the word to "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";

in Item 4-1 of the word of "consultants for selection of personnel" shall be replaced with words "professional consultants for personnel recruitment";

in Item 4-2 of the word of "the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry";

The Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy approved by the specified resolution to state 2) in the following edition:
