In pursuance of Item 12 of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 9, 2006 "About additional measures for the organization of activities of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides N PP-302:
1. Approve the Inventory, subject to obligatory customs examination in case of their movement through customs border of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to appendix.
2. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
provide careful customs goods inspection, moved through customs border of the republic and included in the specified List, in places of submission of cargo customs declarations;
establish permanent monitoring of efficiency of implementation of customs goods inspection in case of their movement through customs border of the republic.
2-1. Determine what on the border customs posts customs goods inspection included in the specified List is performed without fail in cases when:
the data containing in shipping documents do not correspond among themselves, or full name of the transported goods and their codes according to the Harmonized commodity description and coding system at the level of at least 6 signs are not specified;
following the results of use of technical means of customs control discrepancies of actual data with the data containing in shipping documents are found;
there is possibility of the direct (free) admission to cargo section of the vehicle;
