Some questions of fee, connected with payment and delivery of pensions and money allowances

According to article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About the prices and pricing" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish the following rates for fee, connected with payment and delivery of pensions and money allowances to the population in cash form (except the payments specified in paragraph four of this Item):

in the city - 1,3 of percent of the amount of the corresponding payment;

in the village, the settlement of city type - 2,65 of percent of the amount of the corresponding payment;

Since March 1, 2023 rate for fee, connected with payment and delivery in cash payment method, provided by the paragraph the fourth Item 8 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2023 No. 168 "About indexation of retirement and insurance benefits and additional actions for increase in level of social protection of the most vulnerable segments of the population in 2023" are also carried out along with pension payment, it is applied in the amount of 0,1 of percent of benefits amount, provided by the specified resolution.

2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. To the ministry of infrastructure to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
